Yesterday I read the chapter on Governing Churches in Apostolic Blueprints and have been thinking and mediating on his definition of Governing Churches and am amazed of how much it describes Harvest and where we are headed in 2010.

Definition of Governing Churches: A governing church is a local church that has become the epicentre and hub of divine activity carrying a spiritual prevailing position to enhance kingdom influence by exercising dominion over the spiritual realm, keeping the heavens open and making it conducive for the Holy Spirit's movement in the regions around it and beyond. (chapter 4, page 39 in Apostolic Blueprints.)
